Ho Chi Minh City finalizes the list of 48 candidates for the 16th National Assembly and 209 candidates for the 11th Ho Chi Minh City People's Council, term 2026 - 2031.

On February 10, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City held the 3rd consultation conference to select and make a list of people who meet the criteria for running for National Assembly deputies of the 16th term, term 2026 - 2031.

The conference voted to approve the minutes and list of 48 people eligible to run for National Assembly deputies.

On the same day, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City organized the 3rd consultation conference to select and make a list of people who meet the standards to run for election as delegates of the 11th Ho Chi Minh City People's Council, term 2026 - 2031.
