Support 60 million VND to repair houses after the storm for people
Quang Tri - The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoa Trach commune presented support for repairing houses to 3 households that suffered heavy damage after storm No. 10.
On January 16, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoa Trach commune (Quang Tri province) announced that it had just organized a fund-raising ceremony to support house repairs for households heavily affected by storm No. 10, helping people soon stabilize their lives.
The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoa Trach commune directly visited, encouraged and presented support to 3 households whose houses had their roofs blown off or were seriously damaged. Each household is supported with 20 million VND, a total cost of 60 million VND. The support source is connected from the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of the province and commune, through the support of Thien Tam Fund.
The 3 households receiving support include: Ms. Dam Thi Duong (Son Tung village), Mr. Pham Tat and Ms. Pham Thi Hoa (all residing in Ly Nguyen village). These are all households directly affected, with great damage to their houses after natural disasters.
At the funding handover ceremony, representatives of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoa Trach commune shared the difficulties with the families, and hoped that timely support would help households repair and re-roof their houses soon, stabilize their lives and work with peace of mind.
This activity demonstrates the spirit of mutual love and responsibility of the Fatherland Front in caring for people's lives, promptly supporting people to overcome difficulties caused by natural disasters, contributing to strengthening people's trust in the Party, the State and social organizations.
