The 14th Congress opens up new motivation, better caring for workers
Khanh Hoa - The 14th National Party Congress was successful and well-organized, adding confidence and hope for the development of the working class.
As a representative of the voice of union members and workers in Khanh Hoa province, Mr. Phan Thanh Liem - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation was honored to attend the 14th National Congress of the Party with the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Delegation.
Sharing his feelings at the congress, Mr. Phan Thanh Liem expressed his pride in the great success of the 14th Congress - an important political event of the country.
According to Mr. Liem, the congress took place in an atmosphere of democracy, solidarity, intelligence and high responsibility. The documents adopted at the 14th Congress demonstrate a strategic vision and clear development orientation. At the same time, closely following the country's reality, meeting the expectations of cadres, party members, union members and workers in Khanh Hoa province in particular and the whole country in general.
I believe that the important policies and decisions of the congress will be the basis for continuing to better care for the lives and jobs, protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers.

Sharing the same excitement, Ms. Dang Thanh Hang - Chairman of the Trade Union of Phu Khanh Railway Joint Stock Company said that during the days of following the working program of the 14th Congress, she and many union members and workers of the company were especially interested in major orientations directly related to workers' lives.
As the head of the trade union organization with more than 700 union members and railway workers working in Khanh Hoa and Dak Lak provinces, Ms. Hang assessed that the 14th Congress had shown deep concern for the labor force - a key factor in the country's development in the coming period.
According to Ms. Hang, the development goals for the 2026-2030 period and vision to 2045 emphasized by General Secretary To Lam in his opening speech of the Congress demonstrated "great aspirations, steady steps". Thereby, creating more confidence and motivation for cadres, workers and laborers.
" Goals such as improving and comprehensively improving people's lives; striving to achieve an average GDP growth rate of 10%/year or more in the 2026-2030 period; GDP per capita by 2030 reaching about 8,500 USD/year are the contents I am especially interested in and expect to soon be realized in the near future" - Ms. Dang Thanh Hang shared.
