14th Congress strengthens the trust of village elders and prestigious people in Dak Lak
Dak Lak - The success of the 14th Congress has strengthened the confidence of the village elders, prestigious people and ethnic minorities in the province.
The 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam was a great success, marking an important milestone in the country's development process.
The strategic decisions, long-term vision and comprehensive development orientation approved by the congress have strengthened deep trust in the entire Party, people and army.
In Dak Lak province, especially among the village elders, village chiefs, and prestigious people among ethnic minorities, that belief is further affirmed and spread strongly.
Closely following the contents of the 14th Congress, many village elders and prestigious people in the province expressed their excitement and confidence in the correct orientations set by the Party.
Ms. Lang Thi Truong, a prestigious person in Ia Lap border commune, said that the congress affirmed the determination to build a clean and strong Party in all aspects; develop a rapid and sustainable economy associated with ensuring social progress and fairness; maintain national defense and security; promote the strength of national solidarity.
"These contents are in line with the aspirations of the people of all ethnic groups in the province, especially those living in border areas like us," Ms. Truong shared.
Not only demonstrating their trust, the village elders and prestigious people in Dak Lak also uphold their sense of responsibility in propaganda work, mobilizing people to comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws.
Mr. Y Krang Ndu, a prestigious person in Krong No commune, said that village elders and prestigious people in villages and hamlets are always aware of their role in maintaining security and order, fighting against false arguments and dividing the great national unity bloc.
At the same time, encourage children and grandchildren to actively work and produce, develop the economy, and build an increasingly prosperous and civilized village.
According to Mr. Y Krang Ndu, the success of the 14th Congress has created a solid foundation for ethnic minorities to have more confidence in the correct decisions of the Party and State in the coming period.
Thereby, contributing to the effective implementation of the goal of hunger eradication, poverty reduction, and promoting socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in the period of 2026 - 2030.
Dak Lak province currently has 1,063 prestigious people among ethnic minorities. Most of the village elders, village chiefs, and prestigious people are retired cadres who are close to and understand the customs of the local people.
They are the extension of the Party, State, and local government in spreading major policies in the coming period.
