According to the report of the People's Committee of Da Nang City, by December 30, after one month of implementation, the repair of damaged houses had completed the entire plan.
A total of 361 houses were damaged and have now been repaired, reaching 100% of the plan. Compared to last week's report, the number of completed units increased by 54. Currently, there are no houses under repair or not yet implemented, demonstrating the strong focus on direction and synchronous construction from the city to the grassroots.
For cases of houses that have collapsed, collapsed or been swept away by floods that need to be rebuilt, the city has started all 144 houses, reaching 100% of the number of houses that need to be rebuilt. Of which, 19 houses have been completed and handed over to people for use, accounting for 13% of the total number of newly built houses. The remaining houses are being constructed with a spirit of urgency and continuity, expected to be completed according to plan.
The implementation process shows the synchronous participation of departments, branches, sectors, armed forces and local governments. Resources are mobilized flexibly, construction is organized reasonably, ensuring progress and technical requirements. The repair and construction of houses is carried out closely with each household, prioritizing those in difficult cases and those who suffered heavy damage due to natural disasters.
The results achieved not only help people soon have stable housing but also create a foundation for restoring daily life and production, minimizing long-term consequences after storms and floods. This is also a testament to the effectiveness of the Quang Trung Campaign when implemented with a spirit of speed, responsibility and towards the people.
The City People's Committee continues to request relevant units to focus resources on houses under construction, strengthen quality supervision, ensure safety and durability of the project. The consistent goal is to complete the entire program on schedule, helping people soon stabilize their lives, work and produce with peace of mind.
