Elderly woman lost for many hours brought home by Hai Duong Ward Police
Hai Phong - On January 28, according to Hai Phong City Police, Hai Duong Ward Police had just promptly brought a lost old woman back home safely.
On January 27, 2026, Hai Duong Ward Police coordinated with forces participating in protecting security and order (ANTT) at the grassroots level of the ward to help a 70-year-old woman who got lost return to her family. Previously, at about 11 pm on the same day, during a closed patrol in the area, the Ward Police and ANTT forces at the grassroots level received information from Mr. Pham Van Thanh (residing in alley 18 Tran Thanh Tong, Hai Duong ward, Hai Phong city) about an old woman about 70 years old showing signs of getting lost in the Tran Thanh Tong street area, Hai Duong ward.
Through verification, the Ward Police identified the old woman as Ms. Nguyen Thi Loan, born in 1957, residing at house number 8, alley 110 Nguyen Trai, Thanh Dong ward, Hai Phong city. The old woman got lost from about 2 pm on the same day and did not remember her way home.
Hai Duong Ward Police contacted relatives in the locality and learned that the old woman had a medical condition. To ensure the safety of citizens, the Ward Police proactively took the old woman to her home for relatives to receive, manage and care for.
Moved by the concern and dedicated care of the police force, the family expressed their sincere thanks to the Hai Duong Ward Police and the forces participating in protecting social order and safety at the ward level, including the Crime Prevention and Control Police Team of Hai Duong Ward Police.
