Lam Dong Doctor H Vinh Nie - Deputy Director, Chairman of the Dak Nong General Hospital Trade Union is a union cadre who is good at public affairs, good at housework, and rich in compassion.
Ms. Do Thi Thao Vy - Obstetrician and Gynecologist, Dak Nong General Hospital - shared about Dr. H'Vinh Nie: "In any position, Dr. H Vinh Nie works with a sense of responsibility, dedication and profoundness".
According to Ms. Vy, Dr. H'Vinh Nie is always enthusiastic about imparting experiences and guiding young colleagues, helping them become more mature in their expertise.

Despite the large workload, Dr. H'Vinh Nie still proactively researched, updated knowledge, implemented many professional initiatives and applied high techniques in management and treatment.
Doctor H'Vinh Nie also spends a lot of time going to each department, reviewing the process, supporting, and accompanying a team of doctors and young doctors.
In response to the need for innovation, she also directed the application of digital technology in professional processes. Thereby, contributing to improving the quality of medical examination and treatment and the efficiency of hospital management.
In addition to expertise, Dr. H'Vinh Nie also takes on the role of Chairman of the Hospital Trade Union. She always cares, visits, and encourages union members and workers in a timely manner.
From her love for her profession and compassion, she has initiated and maintained many volunteer charity activities, voluntary medical examinations in remote areas, border areas and supported Cambodian people.
For nearly 20 years, she and the Executive Board of "Love Kitchen" have strongly connected with the army, maintained thousands of free meals per month, and mobilized more than 2 billion VND per year to support patients in difficulty.
Despite his busy work, Dr. H' Vinh Nie still cares about his family. After work, she returns to take care of and bond with the members. She shared: "You have to be confident, bear the hardship, overcome the difficulties and work hard, arrange a reasonable time to complete the work well at the office and family".
