During his 12 years working at the company, he has always struggled to explore his work experience. In recent years, Mr. Mai Hien Linh has had many initiatives that brought benefits to the company. Recently, the initiative to develop a welding external inspector between the chip and the circuit board for the buds 3 model has helped reduce 1 manual inspection staff, prevent 100% of the risk of errors and save 5,578,000,000 VND/year.

The initiative to develop a GAP checker between the Deco camera and the backglass of the S25 model helps ensure product quality, reducing inspection time from 46 seconds to 3.5 seconds, reducing material scratches, saving 5,540,000,000 VND/year.

With his initiatives and contributions, he has received many Certificates of Merit and certificates. In 2023, he was honored to receive the 4th Nguyen Duc Canh Award from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

As one of the individuals attending the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress, Mr. Linh is very proud. He said that in the coming time, he will make more efforts to explore and discover in production practice to have more initiatives, satisfy his passion for creativity, and bring more benefits to the company.

Ensure that each factory product meets the most perfect quality standards

Talking to reporters, Mr. Linh shared that during his work, he was always concerned when he saw that the rate of component errors and waiting time on the assembly line was still high, causing a waste of valuable resources.

"The biggest motivation for me to improve the process is the goal of improving the accuracy of the inspection process, ensuring that each factory-made product meets the most perfect quality standards," Mr. Linh shared.

During the improvement process, Mr. Linh faced many difficulties, from having to optimize automatic inspection algorithms to the pressure of maintaining uninterrupted production progress even for a single second.

According to Mr. Linh, in a complex system like electronic production, the power of an individual is extremely small compared to collective intelligence. With the attention and support of the union and the company's leadership, along with the support of colleagues, technological barriers have gradually been removed. The spirit of working in a group is a bond that helps my group turn ideas into reality on the production line, Mr. Linh shared. After the creativity and improvement, Mr. Linh was very happy because not only did his performance increase, but the attachment and trust between colleagues also became closer than ever.
