Step by step improving the lives of rubber workers in Dien Bien

Accordingly, the Trade Union of Dien Bien Rubber Joint Stock Company (Dien Bien Rubber) is a grassroots Trade Union under the Vietnam Rubber Trade Union. Currently, the company's Trade Union has 3 departmental trade unions, 15 trade union groups and 673 union members.

In the period of 2023-2025, despite facing difficulties in large and dispersed production areas, the Trade Union has accompanied businesses to maintain growth.

Specifically, rubber latex output has increased steadily over the years, from more than 4,100 tons (in 2023) to an estimated 4,550 tons (in 2025). Notably, the company's pre-tax profit from VND 2.69 billion in 2023 is expected to increase to VND 46 billion (in 2025).

With the characteristics of 98.41% of the total 880 workers being ethnic minorities, Dien Bien Rubber Trade Union aims to ensure jobs and improve the lives of workers.

Average income is estimated to reach 6.7 million VND/person/month in 2025. The policies for employees are fully paid with an amount of 10-12 billion VND/year.

For the 2025-2030 term, Dien Bien Rubber Trade Union aims to bring the average income of workers to 7 million VND/month, striving to increase by 5-7% per year. In addition, promote emulation movements and improve labor productivity, promote specific movements in the rubber industry.

Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Mui - Vice President of the Vietnam Rubber Trade Union highly appreciated the results of the Dien Bien Rubber Trade Union.

At the same time, it is recommended that the Company's Trade Union continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, focusing on the grassroots, and better care for the lives, jobs, and income of union members and workers.

The Congress approved the Decisions to join the new Executive Committee consisting of 9 comrades and the Inspection Committee consisting of 3 comrades.

Comrade Hoang Xuan Loi holds the position of Chairman of the Trade Union of Dien Bien Rubber Joint Stock Company for the 2025-2030 term. The Congress also appointed 2 delegates to attend the 10th Congress of the Vietnam Rubber Trade Union, term 2025-2030.
