Awarding hundreds of millions of VND to support union members and workers in difficulty

On September 18, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation announced that the Trade Union of Rollsport Shoes Vietnam Co., Ltd. organized a program to give gifts to support 99 union members and workers in especially difficult circumstances who are working at the company.

In this period, the total amount of money to visit union members and employees of the company supported by the Thanh Hoa Trade Union Union Support Fund is 252,000,000 VND. This is a meaningful activity, demonstrating the concern of the Trade Union organization in caring for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.

Speaking at the gift-giving ceremony, representatives of the company's Board of Directors and the company's Trade Union expressed their deep gratitude for the timely and meaningful support from the Thanh Hoa Trade Union. At the same time, he affirmed that this is a great source of encouragement to help workers overcome difficulties, work with peace of mind and produce, and stay with the enterprise for a long time.

The support gifts were given to union members and workers in a warm and sharing atmosphere. Union members and workers expressed their gratitude to the Trade Union organization, the "common home" always accompanying, caring for and protecting the rights of workers.

In the coming time, the Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union will continue to closely coordinate with relevant departments, regularly monitoring, evaluating and updating the living conditions of union members and workers to promptly propose cases eligible for support from the Fund.

Thereby, ensuring support resources to the right subjects, promoting the effectiveness of caring for life, contributing to stabilizing ideology, creating motivation for workers to work with peace of mind and develop production at the company.
