Union officials and the desire to act as a bridge between expertise and labor

Mr. Tran Dinh Hung was born in 1965, currently a member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Science and Technology Trade Union, a member of the Executive Committee of the VNPT Trade Union, a member of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Trade Union of the Trade Union of Vietnam Post-Technology Industrial Joint Stock Company (VNPT Technology).

During his working process, Mr. Hung always paid attention to building the Party organization, building a united and unified collective, contributing to the sustainable development of VNPT Technology, maintaining its role as a key unit in research, development and high-tech production of VNPT Group.

With union work, he focuses on directing the implementation of the initiative and creativity movement among all cadres, workers and employees to improve work efficiency.

In launching the emulation movement and organizing cultural and sports activities, Mr. Hung fully participated, maximizing the role of trade unions as a bridge between expertise and workers.

By promoting sports and emulation movements, Mr. Hung and the grassroots union executive committee have contributed to building a corporate culture, encouraging the spirit of learning, sharing experiences and working in groups among all employees. Thereby, creating a positive, humane working environment, connecting individuals with groups.

While acting as a bridge, we also create conditions and encourage employees to boldly propose, make recommendations, and have a direct dialogue with employers, ensuring transparency and democracy in enterprises. This not only contributes to improving work efficiency, but also helps to solve problems related to employment, income, and life for workers, towards the goal of sustainable development and for the common benefit of the company, said Mr. Tran Dinh Hung.

Recently, Mr. Tran Dinh Hung has received many emulation titles such as Certificate of Merit from VNPT Group; Certificate of Merit from the Vietnam Information and Communications Trade Union...

Notably, on September 16, Mr. Hung and 70 union officials of the Vietnam Science and Technology sector were honored at the program "Journey of Aspiration 2025" - an excellent union cadre - an example of responsibility, courage, and intelligence of generations of Vietnamese union officials, with many creativity and contributions to union activities, many effective solutions and methods, especially taking care of the lives and policies for union members and workers.
