On September 12, Thach Ha Commune Police witnessed Mr. Nguyen Dinh Chien (born in 1972, residing in village 6, Thach Ha commune, Ha Tinh province) come to bank to transfer 200 million VND back to the person who mistakenly transferred it, Ms. Tran Thi P (born in 1997, residing in Tien Phong ward, Bac Ninh province).

After receiving the money, Ms. P wrote a letter of thanks to Thach Ha Commune Police and Tien Phong Ward Police for coordinating to verify the information and thank Mr. Chien.
