Yen Hoa Ward Police picked up lost property and returned it to the people
Hanoi - Yen Hoa Ward Police have verified and returned the lost property to the people.
At around 6:40 p.m. on September 10, 2025, while performing a traffic diversion task at the traffic congestion point on Tran Duy Hung Street, Captain Do Dang Thuy - an officer of Yen Hoa Ward Police - picked up a Samsung mobile phone that had been dropped by a resident.
Immediately afterwards, Captain Thuy quickly reported to the ward police commander and coordinated to verify and find the owner. Through verification, the unit identified the owner of the phone as Mr. Le Quy Luyen (residing in alley 112 1997 Giang Vo Street, Giang Vo Ward, Hanoi City).
At 9:00 a.m. on September 11, 2025, Mr. Luyen went to the Yen Hoa Ward Police Station, Hanoi City to receive the property.
At the return ceremony, Mr. Luyen was moved to say that the phone not only has material value but also contains many important personal information and valuable souvenir photos.
