Organize emulation movements in accordance with the conditions of enterprises and workers

The Hai Anh Garment Company Trade Union is a grassroots trade union with many practical activities to improve living and working conditions for union members. These activities are organized with the motto of taking workers as the center and the top priority is the rights and living and working environment of workers.

The above motto is concretized by the Trade Union by representing the voice of workers, participating in contributing opinions, advising the Board of Directors to develop regulations, regulations, salary regimes, bonuses, and welfare for workers throughout the system, in order to balance the benefits between employers and workers. Not only organizing emulation movements in expertise, the Trade Union also organizes emulation activities with content related to the cultural and spiritual life of workers. Here, we must mention the Speech Competition by topic, Hai Anh Open Badminton Competition, Men's Football Competition, Running Competition, Walking - Running Club organization, Workshop training sharing sessions towards topics to expand knowledge for workers...

At the recent Thanh Xuan Ward Trade Union Congress, a representative of the Hai Anh Garment Company Trade Union also said that every year, the Trade Union cooperates with the Company to organize vacation programs for employees; give gifts for holidays, Tet... The total amount spent on union member care activities of the Company from January 2024 to October 2025 is more than 500 million VND.
