In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Commune Trade Union sets an annual target of striving for at least 90% of grassroots trade unions in the public service unit sector and 75% of grassroots trade unions in the non-state sector to be classified as having completed their tasks well.

In addition, the Commune Trade Union will support and guide at least 85% of grassroots trade unions of enterprises and non-state units to participate with employers in promulgating and implementing grassroots democracy regulations.

The trade union also aims to promote at least 65% of workers and laborers in enterprises to participate in studying, improving their professional qualifications and professional skills.

Mr. Nguyen Quang Thanh, a worker in Hoa Phu Industrial Park, shared: The establishment of a commune-level trade union helps union members and workers receive more attention and support. From July 2025 to now, union officials have regularly visited the grassroots to grasp the living conditions of workers.
