Organizing a Union Meal for over 500 garment workers in Dong Thap

On August 13, the Trade Union of Song Tien Garment Joint Stock Company organized a Union Meal for 520 union members and workers.

Attending were Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nhan - Head of the Industrial Parks Trade Union Department; Ms. Truong Thi Thuy Linh - Head of the Department of Legal Policy and Labor Relations; Mr. Pham Khac Niem - Director of Song Tien Garment Joint Stock Company and over 520 union members and workers.

Each meal is worth 60,000 VND, of which the company supports 30,000 VND, the grassroots union supports 30,000 VND. Meal portions are supplemented with chicken, beef, vegetables and yogurt for dessert... helping union members and workers have delicious, nutritious meals.

Directly attending the Union Meal, Mr. Pham Khac Niem - Director of Song Tien Garment Joint Stock Company - shared: "The meal is very meaningful, especially for employees at the company. Because it is not only practical, improving the quality of meals for union members and workers, but also an opportunity for employees, trade unions and leaders of agencies, units and enterprises to meet, share, creating an atmosphere of solidarity and understanding".

Thereby, building trust is also a testament to the deep concern and sense of responsibility of trade union organizations and enterprises towards employees.
