Emulate to strictly implement labor discipline

The emulation period will last until the end of December 2025 with the content of focusing on implementing the peak emulation movement with the spirit of innovation, action, efficiency, creating a strong momentum towards successfully completing the tasks in 2025.

Petrovietnam Trade Unions at all levels continue to focus on promoting communication about the exciting competitive atmosphere associated with commendation of typical models, initiatives and achievements in the entire system. At the same time, actively mobilize, reward and encourage workers in a timely manner to participate in emulation movements launched by the higher-level trade union.

Emulation is associated with activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Petrovietnam's founding - a milestone affirming the Group's glorious achievements and era-long transformations, strongly launching emulation movements for innovation, implementing specific models, projects, and products of practical significance.

For each union member and employee, it is necessary to promote patriotism, self-reliance and aspiration to rise up of each individual and collective, strongly arouse the spirit of innovation, technical improvement, speed up production, strive to exceed the targets and tasks in 2025, contributing with the unit and the Group to break through and develop sustainably.
