Hanoi Tuong Mai Ward Trade Union organizes a training conference on coaching to develop the Labor Relations Development Project in 2025.
Immediately after the first Congress, term 2025 - 2030, Tuong Mai Ward Trade Union organized a training course on a number of contents related to Trade Union activities.
One of them is the developer of the Labor Relations Development Project 2025. The content of the coaches is the focus of the Labor Relations Development Project for the period 2025-2030. Including solutions to build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations at the grassroots level; dialogue skills, collective bargaining and labor dispute resolution; new legal regulations on labor, trade unions, labor contracts and social insurance.
Through the training session, it is possible to raise awareness for the company and employees, update the necessary knowledge and skills to build and maintain a good, stable and sustainable labor relations environment in the business establishment.
This is also the time for agencies to exchange experiences, solve difficulties, create conditions to improve work efficiency, and contribute to building a safe, democratic, and civilized working environment in the ward.
