Training on trade union financial work for grassroots trade union officials

Accordingly, in order to improve capacity, standardize operations and increase transparency in the financial work of grassroots trade unions, the Ward Trade Union will organize a training course on trade union financial work in 2025 for the team of Chairmen and accountants of trade unions at grassroots trade unions in the ward.

Trainees were guided and discussed key contents, including: New regulations on collection, expenditure, management and use of Trade Union finances according to the instructions of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; the work of making estimates, settlement and management of Trade Union assets; answering difficulties in the implementation process at the grassroots level.

The training course was organized to overcome the reality of financial work at some grassroots trade unions that is still not really uniform; the updating of new documents, regulations on revenue and expenditure, fund management, records archiving, reporting regimes, budgeting, settlement... are sometimes facing difficulties.

In addition, after the arrangement of local government at 2 levels, the work of the Trade Union and financial revenue and expenditure activities have changed a lot, causing confusion for grassroots Trade Union officials.
