Training on bidding for grassroots union officials in Ho Chi Minh City

The conference took place over 2 days, representatives of grassroots union officials from Ben Cat, Dau Tieng, Bau Bang, and Phu Giao regions attended the training program.

At the Conference, the reporter conveyed many important contents related to bidding work such as: regulations on property procurement, auction processes, order of gift procurement for union members and workers during holidays and Tet.

Through the conference, grassroots union officials were equipped with basic knowledge, skills and practical experience in organizing bidding; more fluent in the procurement process under the regular expenditure budget. Thereby, effectively applying it to practice to improve the quality of trade union activities at the unit.

The training content also helps businesses and union officials better understand the forms of procurement according to the Law on Bidding, while making recommendations and proposing appropriate procurement processes to achieve high efficiency.

At the conference, union officials also discussed and answered many questions related to financial work and bidding.
