Mr. Nguyen Van Nhanh re-elected as Chairman of the Trade Union of Ke Sach Regional Medical Center

During the past term, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union has coordinated well with the government in caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers. Regimes and policies such as salary, special allowances, toxic allowances, vocational incentives, health insurance, and social insurance are fully implemented. The union has taken care of the Tet for union members with a total amount of more than 293 million VND; rewarded the children of civil servants and workers with good and excellent academic achievements with nearly 70 million VND. The technical innovation initiative movement remains effective with more than 150 initiatives, bringing many practical benefits to the unit.

Regarding the work of organizing, the Trade Union of the Ke Sach Health Center has achieved the title of strong Trade Union for many consecutive years; 26/26 trade union groups have completed their annual tasks well, of which 5 trade union groups have completed their tasks excellently.

Women's work is of interest with 100% of female union members achieving the title of "Good at public affairs, good at housework". Many caring activities were implemented such as giving gifts, organizing competitions on the occasion of March 8 and October 20 with a budget of 98.9 million VND; organizing the Children's Tet holiday on January 1 and the Mid-Autumn Festival for children of civil servants and workers with a total expenditure of 74.1 million VND.

The Congress elected a new Executive Committee of 7 people, an Inspection Committee of 3 people; elected 1 official delegate and 1 alternate delegate to attend the 1st Congress of the Can Tho City Trade Union, term 2025 - 2030. Mr. Nguyen Van Nhanh was re-elected as the 3rd Chairman of the Trade Union of the Ke Sach Regional Medical Center for the 2025 - 2030 term.
