Ms. Le Ngoc Bich becomes Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Bac Quang Tri Regional General Hospital

On November 19, the Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation announced that the Trade Union of the Bac Quang Tri Regional General Hospital organized a Congress of delegates for the 2025-2030 term with the participation of 95 delegates representing departments, rooms and trade union groups. Attending and directing the congress were comrade Phan Thanh Lan - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor and comrade Tran Huy Binh - Deputy Secretary of the Hospital Party Committee.

The Hospital Trade Union currently has 19 trade union groups with 429 union members. In the 2023-2025 term, despite many difficulties, the Trade Union has promoted its role of representing and caring for union members' lives; coordinated professionally to ensure rights and improve working conditions for civil servants and workers.

Every year, the Union spends more than 28 million VND to visit and support union members when they are sick, in trouble and visit when their families have funerals; at the same time, mobilizes to donate more than 66.8 million VND to support union members' children with serious illnesses.

Emulation movements have been maintained effectively, especially "Good workers, creative workers" with many initiatives and scientific topics applied in practice. Training and professional qualifications improvement continue to be focused on, many union members are sent to participate in CKI, CKII classes and professional development programs.

With the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the Congress elected the Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term consisting of 9 comrades; Comrade Le Ngoc Bich - Deputy Director of the Hospital - was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Trade Union for the new term.
