Mr. Ha Duy Trung becomes Chairman of the Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor for the 2025-2030 term

On the morning of December 30, at the first official session of the Gia Lai Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030, Mr. Doan Duc Han - Deputy Head of the Labor Relations Department, Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VGCL) - announced the decision of the VGCL on appointing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Inspection Committee (IC) of the Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor, term I, 2025-2030.

Accordingly, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor appointed an Executive Committee of 27 comrades; the Standing Committee of 9 comrades, and the Provincial Federation of Labor's Inspection Committee of 5 comrades.

Appoint Mr. Ha Duy Trung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor - to continue to be Chairman of the Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor for the 2025-2030 term.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Thuy - Permanent Vice President of the Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor, concurrently Head of the Trade Union Work Committee - holds the position of Vice President of the Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor for the 2025-2030 term.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy - Vice President of the Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor, concurrently Deputy Head of the Trade Union Work Committee - holds the position of Vice President, Head of the Inspection Committee of the Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor for the 2025-2030 term.

The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor has appointed 10 official delegates and 3 alternate delegates of the Gia Lai Provincial Trade Union to attend the 14th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union, term 2026-2031.

Mr. Ha Duy Trung was born in 1983; hometown in Cat Tan, Phu Cat district, old Binh Dinh (now Gia Lai province). Professional qualifications: Master of Education Management.

During his working period, from November 2005 to December 2008, Mr. Ha Duy Trung was an officer of the Provincial Youth Union School Committee; from December 2008 to July 2012 he was a member of the Standing Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union of the Provincial Agencies, then Secretary of the Youth Union of the Provincial Agencies; from July 2012 to March 2013 he was Deputy Chief of the Provincial Youth Union Office, Chief of the Provincial Youth Union Office, Secretary of the Youth Union of the Provincial Agencies;

From March 2013-12, 2014 as Chief of the Provincial Youth Union Office; from December 2014-18, 2020 as Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Head of the Provincial Youth Union Inspection Commission; from August 2020-6-2023, as a member of the Binh Dinh Provincial Party Executive Committee, member of the Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union; June 2023-2025 as Chairman of the Binh Dinh Provincial Labor Federation.

From July 1, 2025, he will be the Chairman of the Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor (new) for the 2023-2028 term. From December 30, 2025, he will hold the position of Chairman of the Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor for the 2025-2030 term.
