Lam Dong workers look forward to the 14th National Party Congress
Lam Dong - On the eve of the 14th National Party Congress, cadres, union members, and workers not only competed enthusiastically, but also expressed their expectations for this congress.
On January 18, Lam Dong Provincial Federation of Labor said that these days, cadres, union members, and workers in the province are looking forward to the 14th National Congress of the Party with a vibrant competitive atmosphere and high expectations.
At Tuy Phong Garment Factory (Lien Huong Commune), Ms. Pham Thi Ngoc Danh said that the working atmosphere in recent days has been very exciting. Workers actively compete to improve productivity and quality, achieving achievements to celebrate the 14th Congress.
"Everyone is working hard with the desire to contribute to the important event of the country and put their trust in the success of the congress," Ms. Danh shared.
Ms. Tran Ngoc Nhu Quynh - Chairman of the Trade Union of the Branch of First Team Vietnam Garment Company Limited (Loc Son Industrial Park) - said that the unit has more than 1,200 union members and workers.
The Executive Committee of the Trade Union coordinated with the Board of Directors to launch a peak emulation campaign towards the 14th Congress, attracting a large number of union members to respond. The criteria for evaluating and rewarding outstanding collectives and individuals are also specifically implemented, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere.
According to Ms. Quynh, union members and workers expect the congress to continue to pay attention to and improve salary policies, develop social housing and cultural institutions for workers in industrial parks.
Sharing the same expectation, Mr. Nguyen Thien Tien - Chairman of Duc Trong Commune Trade Union - said that grassroots trade unions in the area are implementing many practical activities to celebrate the 14th National Party Congress.
In addition to the "Good workers, creative workers" movement, the units also promote visual propaganda, hanging national flags, billboards, and slogans; organizing cultural and sports exchanges, attracting a large number of union members and workers to participate, creating an exciting atmosphere towards the Party Congress.
