Lao Cai trains the professional skills of organizing congresses for grassroots trade unions

On October 24, the Trade Union Committee of Industrial Parks and Economic Zones of Lao Cai province organized a conference to train nearly 100 delegates who are grassroots trade union officials under the congress.

Through training, union officials are equipped with necessary knowledge and skills, have a firm grasp of the process, regulations and instructions for organizing congresses in accordance with the charter.

Thereby, contributing to helping grassroots trade union congresses be implemented consistently, in accordance with regulations and achieve good results.

At the conference, delegates were deployed with contents related to the preparation and organization of grassroots trade union congresses for the 2025-2030 term.

The contents include: propaganda about the congress; guidance on personnel procedures; congress forms, records and agree on organization plans at each grassroots union.

According to the plan, the commune and ward trade union congress will be completed before October 31, 2025; the congress of grassroots trade unions and grassroots trade unions will be completed before November 30, 2025.

The 1st Lao Cai Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030, is expected to be held after the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress and completed before December 31, 2025.

The training conference is an opportunity for the Trade Union Committees of Industrial Parks and Economic Zones of the province to listen and remove difficulties and obstacles in the process of organizing congresses at units.

At the same time, this is also an opportunity for grassroots trade unions to exchange, share experiences, support each other in trade union activities and production and business in the trade union ecosystem of industrial parks and economic zones of the province.
