The mark of the Trade Union organization in the 500kV Lao Cai - Vinh Yen project

The Trade Union has closely coordinated with construction units, providing solutions to care for, support workers materially and spiritually, and encouraging them to continue to strive to complete emulation goals, ensure safety and progress.

In addition to launching emulation movements, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor also pays special attention to taking care of the lives of workers participating in the construction. On August 6, 2025, the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union visited and presented 228 million VND in support to more than 600 construction workers at construction sites.

In addition, Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Thai Thu Xuong, also participated in working trips to visit, encourage and give gifts to the workers. These timely words of encouragement have helped workers maintain their spirit, complete their tasks on schedule, and ensure the quality of the project.

The Trade Union organization not only cares about work but also pays special attention to the health and spirit of workers. During the construction process, the trade unions have implemented many support activities, from taking care of meals and accommodation for workers, to promptly encouraging and motivating individuals and groups with outstanding achievements.

The effective coordination between the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, industry unions and construction units has contributed significantly to the completion of the project on schedule. Organizing emulation movement activities not only helps ensure the quality of the project but also demonstrates the spirit of solidarity, overcoming all difficulties and challenges of Vietnamese workers.
