Completing the organization of the Long Cang Commune Trade Union, Tay Ninh Province

After the conference to announce the establishment decision held on December 4, the Long Cang Commune Trade Union officially came into operation for the 2025-2030 term with a strengthened personnel apparatus and development goals.

According to the decision of the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation, the Long Cang Commune Labor Union was established with a scale of 41 affiliated unions, representing more than 8,000 union members and workers in the area. This is one of the units with a large number of union members in the commune-level trade union bloc of the province, posing high requirements for management, support and protection of workers' rights in areas with many enterprises and production facilities.

At the conference, the Provincial Federation of Labor announced and presented decisions to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and Inspection Committee of the Long Cang Commune Trade Union, term I, 2025-2030. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung - Specialist of the Inspection Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Long Cang commune was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Commune Trade Union.

The Executive Committee of the first term proposed an operational direction including 11 annual targets, 3 targets by the end of the term and 2 breakthroughs. The focus is on improving the quality of care, strengthening supervision of labor law enforcement and gradually forming a strong grassroots trade union network, meeting the requirements of socio-economic development in the locality.
