The 1st Tay Ninh Provincial Trade Union Congress for the 2025-2030 term is scheduled to be held in December
The 1st Tay Ninh Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030, is expected to take place on December 23 and 24, 2025.
The Congress aims to evaluate trade union activities in the 2023-2025 period, and at the same time propose directions and tasks for the 2025-2030 period. The delegates will discuss and contribute opinions to the draft Political Report, personnel plan for the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Chairman, Vice Chairman and Inspection Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor, term I.
Before the congress, the Tay Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor organized many preparation activities, including the 2nd Provincial Federation of Labor Executive Committee Conference, term 2023-2028. At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor presented plans and draft personnel and collected comments from delegates to ensure the organization of the Congress took place in accordance with procedures, democracy and objectivity.
On this occasion, the Provincial Federation of Labor also implemented social programs such as donating to support people affected by storms and floods and signing a cooperation agreement on union member welfare with units and enterprises to improve the lives and legitimate rights of workers, civil servants and laborers in the province.
The 1st Tay Ninh Provincial Trade Union Congress is expected to create an important first step, contributing to improving the effectiveness of trade union activities and effectively caring for the lives of workers in the province.
