3 grassroots trade unions in Tay Ninh successfully organized the 2025 - 2030 term Congress

The grassroots union of Fortunate Hong Kong Fashion Company Limited (Vietnam) currently manages 2,359 union members, including 1,716 female workers, accounting for 72.7%. A stable workforce and increasingly improved skills are an important foundation for trade unions to effectively implement care programs and emulation movements.

The Congress has 50 official delegates, electing 7 members of the Executive Committee of the 2nd tenure; Mr. Huynh Minh Nhut was re-elected as Chairman of the Trade Union.

Attending and directing the Congress, Mr. Nguyen Trong Danh - Deputy Head of the Tay Ninh Industrial Park Trade Union acknowledged the efforts of the Trade Union, and at the same time suggested: "Trade unions need to continue to innovate content, promote their representative role, enhance dialogue, and take more practical care of female workers - the force with a high proportion in enterprises".

The Conference of the Trade Union of Phuoc An Garment Company Limited gathered 40 delegates, representing 200 union members. The Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term consists of 05 members, of which Ms. Tran Hong Hue is elected to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Trade Union.

With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the leaders of the higher-level Trade Union suggested that the grassroots trade unions continue to improve the quality of collective bargaining, paying attention to union members' lives in the context of businesses gradually stabilizing after a difficult period.

For the Trade Union of H.A Vina Tire Company Limited, it currently manages 1,888 union members/1,931 employees. The Congress was attended by 50 official delegates, representing nearly 2,000 union members, electing 7 members of the Executive Committee of the 3rd tenure. Ms. Vo Thi My Duyen continues to be elected as President of the Trade Union.
