The trade union of a company with more than 16,000 employees in Tay Ninh completes its personnel for the 2025-2030 term

Ching Luh Vietnam Shoes Company Limited has been operating in Ben Luc commune for nearly 24 years, with more than 16,300 employees. In the 2023-2025 period, businesses are affected by economic fluctuations leading to a reduction of more than 3,700 employees, but the contract, insurance and basic welfare regimes are still maintained according to regulations.

In the period of 2020-2025, the grassroots trade union will participate in developing regulations at enterprises, supervising the implementation of salary policies, working hours, occupational safety and hygiene and women's labor rights. The union coordinated to organize workers' conferences and periodic dialogues, and at the same time implemented activities to care for union members' lives such as visiting and supporting disadvantaged people, Tet bus ticket programs, cultural and sports activities and building "Union Shelter" houses.

At the congress, union members elected the 6th Grassroots Union Executive Committee, consisting of 14 members. Mr. Nguyen Van Khai was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term. The Congress also elected a delegation to attend the 1st Congress of the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation.

The Congress agreed on the goal of the new term to focus on improving the qualifications and vocational skills of workers, enhancing life skills education, promoting the application of information technology and encouraging initiatives in production labor.
