Quang Ngai - The Labor Federation commends outstanding collectives and individuals and transfers 256 grassroots unions to the Provincial Labor Federation for direct management.

On July 3, the Quang Ngai Provincial Federation of Labor announced that the unit had just awarded the Flag and Certificates of Merit of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Provincial Federation of Labor to 10 collectives and 12 individuals with outstanding achievements in 2024 and the 2024-2025 school year.

The Provincial Federation of Labor also announced the decision to end the activities of 16 trade union units at the grassroots level; presented flowers to express gratitude to 18 people who have stopped participating in the Executive Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor for the 14th term, 2023-2028, along with retired officials according to Decree 178/2024/ND-CP and Decree 167/2025/ND-CP of the Government, as well as officials who have been transferred and assigned new work.

Previously, the competent authority dissolved and ended the operation of 928 grassroots trade unions under administrative agencies and public service units receiving 100% salary from the state budget, with over 30,130 union members; at the same time, transferred 256 grassroots trade unions with nearly 73,000 union members of enterprises, fishing unions and autonomous public service units of groups 1, 2, 3 (according to Decree No. 60/2021/ND-CP of the Government) to the Provincial Labor Federation for direct management and direction of operations.
