Inauguration of the Trade Union Welfare Center and Welfare Supermarket in Dong Thap

On the morning of September 19, at Tan Huong Industrial Park, Tan Huong Commune, Dong Thap Province, the Trade Union of Du Duc Vietnam Co., Ltd. in coordination with welfare partner Agape held the Inauguration Ceremony of the Trade Union Welfare Center and Welfare Supermarket.

Attending were Ms. Huynh Thi Tuyet Vui - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Dong Thap Provincial Federation of Labor; leaders of Du Duc Vietnam Co., Ltd., Director of Agape Welfare and union members and workers.

This is a practical project in response to the peak emulation period "30 days towards the 1st Dong Thap Provincial Party Congress", welcoming the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress and Trade Union Congresses at all levels.

"Phy trang sieu thi" sells dry food and essential consumer goods at a support price of 10% - 40% compared to the market price for union members and workers working at Du Duc Vietnam Co., Ltd. and enterprises in Tan Huong Industrial Park. The launch of the Welfare Supermarket helps workers shop for essential goods directly at their businesses or through e-commerce platforms to save time and travel costs, while accessing quality goods at reasonable prices.

Mr. Nguyen Van Be Ba - Chairman of the Company's Trade Union said that this supermarket is one of the forms of caring for the lives of workers to promote the implementation of the "Union Member Welfare" program. This is not only a place to provide essential goods at reasonable prices, ensuring quality, but also a symbol of the sense of responsibility, solidarity and care of the trade union organization for union members, employees of the Company and a large number of workers in Tan Huong Industrial Park.

In the coming time, the Trade Union will continue to make more efforts, promote a sense of responsibility, bring more programs, more practical and meaningful activities to care for union members and workers.

The Chairman of the Dong Thap Provincial Federation of Labor praised and highly appreciated the coordination of the Trade Union of Du Duc Vietnam Co., Ltd. in implementing the establishment of the Trade Union Welfare Center and Welfare Supermarket. This is one of the forms of innovation in activities to care for union members and workers in a practical and effective manner.

Ms. Vui hopes that in the coming time, the Trade Union will continue to coordinate with businesses and partner units to maintain a rich, quality, and stable source of goods; at the same time, diversify welfare services; focus on communication work so that a large number of union members and workers know and use it effectively, thereby the Center and Supermarket truly become a "trusted address" for union members and workers.

On this occasion, Director of Agape Welfare Mr. Nguyen Hoang Nam presented a symbolic board of 200 gifts worth 40,000,000 VND to the Provincial Federation of Labor to support union members in difficult circumstances in the province in 2025, and presented 10 gifts including essential necessities to union members and workers in difficult circumstances of Du Duc Vietnam Company Limited.
