Guidelines for activities of commune and ward trade unions in Ho Chi Minh City
HCMC - Area management working group No. 7 of the City Labor Federation (LDLD) worked and guided the activities of commune and ward trade unions.
The Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation's Area Management Working Group No. 7, led by Mr. Dang Trung Dung - Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation, head of the working group, had a working session with the Phu Hoa Dong Commune Labor Union and the Dong Hung Thuan Ward Labor Union.
Representatives of the trade unions of the two communes and wards reported on the personnel situation, facilities, working means, management of grassroots trade unions in the area and coordination of activities.
At the same time, it is recommended that the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation soon issue documents guiding the personnel of full-time union officials and agree on salary payment, issue models of operating regulations of executive committees, standing committees, instructions on operating expenses, models on the establishment of new grassroots unions, operating regulations, functions, authority for ward and commune unions, etc.
Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation Dang Trung Dung thanked the Party Committee for its close direction and the attention of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Hoa Dong commune and Dong Hung Thuan ward for the activities of the trade union.
At the same time, it guides and removes some difficulties and acknowledges the recommendations of the two commune and ward trade unions and requests the Phu Hoa Dong commune and Dong Hung Thuan ward trade unions to coordinate well with departments and unions in organizing activities in the locality.
On this occasion, Dong Hung Thuan Ward Trade Union held a conference to announce the decision to establish the Ward Trade Union and the decision to appoint the executive committee, standing committee, chairman, and vice chairman of the Ward Trade Union.
