HueWACO cares for the welfare of workers well
HUE - HueWACO has just summarized the activities of the organization in 2025, affirming its role as a companion to businesses, caring for workers and the task of providing water.
On December 19, Hue Water Supply Joint Stock Company (HueWACO) said that it had just held a conference to summarize the activities of mass organizations in 2025, including the Trade Union, Youth Union and Veterans Association.
In 2025, HueWACO will face many difficulties due to complicated weather developments, prolonged floods, affecting people's lives and production and business activities. In that context, under the leadership of the Party Committee, Board of Directors and Executive Board, the Company still ensures the task of providing safe and continuous water, while actively participating in preventing, combating and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters.
Trade unions continue to promote their role as a bridge between workers and enterprises, contributing to strengthening the spirit of solidarity, encouraging cadres and employees to complete production and business targets.
During the year, HueWACO admitted 10 new party members, reaching 100% of the set target. The work of caring for workers' rights has been fully implemented, with salary, welfare, insurance, periodic health check-ups; maintaining cultural, sports, resort activities and social security and charity programs.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Le Quang Minh - Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors of HueWACO acknowledged and praised the contributions of mass organizations, and emphasized the role of mass organizations in building corporate culture and enhancing the responsibility of employees.
