Amogreen Vina Company's Trade Union aims to better care for workers

Attending and directing the Congress were Mr. Khong Son Thanh - Vice Chairman of the Phu Tho Provincial Federation of Labor; representatives of the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union, business leaders and 75 delegates who are union members and workers.

Since its establishment in September 2025, Amogreen Vina Trade Union has made efforts to complete key tasks, contributing to stabilizing labor relations and accompanying businesses in caring for workers' lives. This is an important foundation for the grassroots trade union to continue to promote in the 2025-2030 term.

At the Congress, delegates focused on discussing two major contents: "Representing and caring for union members and workers at Amogreen Vina Co., Ltd." and "Building a strong Trade Union organization".

The opinions agreed that in the coming term, grassroots trade unions need to continue to improve the quality of collective bargaining, increase welfare for union members, develop new union members and promote the application of digital transformation in trade union activities.

The Congress also set a goal of enhancing the training of skills for the Executive Committee in negotiation, event organization, and communication, while improving the capacity to supervise the implementation of labor laws in enterprises.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the first term consisting of 9 comrades. The Trade Union of Amogreen Vina Co., Ltd. aims to continue innovating the content of operating methods, building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations; contributing to the sustainable development of enterprises in the new period.
