The Vinh Phuc Rehabilitation Hospital Trade Union takes good care of union members' lives
Phu Tho - The Trade Union of Vinh Phuc Rehabilitation Hospital has just successfully organized a congress.
On December 11, information from the Phu Tho Provincial Labor Federation and the Vinh Phuc Provincial Rehabilitation Hospital Trade Union successfully organized a congress.
According to the report at the congress, during the past term, the unit has effectively maintained activities to care for and protect the rights of 144 union members working in 6 union groups.
The average income of workers reaches about 14 million VND/month; 100% are guaranteed social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.
The union has spent more than 470 million VND on activities to visit and support union members; organize giving gifts for 1/6, Mid-Autumn Festival, Tet, take care of women's work and many cultural and sports activities.
The unit also implemented emulation movements, with 34 scientific research topics and many individuals achieving emulation titles at the industry and provincial levels.
Over the past term, 16 union members have been admitted to the Party; the hospital has actively promoted digital transformation, built a "Green - Clean - Beautiful" working environment and maintained many charitable activities with a total budget of more than 1 billion VND to support patients.
The union determined to continue to innovate content, improve the quality of activities in the coming term, aiming for the satisfaction of patients and workers.
