Hanoi City Skilled Workers Competition scheduled to take place on October 25-26
Candidates participating in the Skilled Workers Competition will take a theory test for 30 minutes, with a maximum practice test of 90 minutes depending on each profession.
According to the plan, the Hanoi City Skilled Workers' Competition 2025 will be held on October 25-26, at Hanoi High School for the Gifted.
The prize structure includes: Each profession has 1 First prize worth 10 million VND, 2 Second prizes (7 million VND), 3 Third prizes (5 million VND) and Encouragement prizes (3 million VND). In addition, the contestants who win prizes will be granted a Certificate, with a maximum of 10 collectives and 11 outstanding individuals being considered by the City People's Committee for a Certificate of Merit.
According to Mr. Nguyen Huy Khanh - Vice Chairman of the City Labor Federation, immediately after the City People's Committee issued Plan No. 230/KH-UBND on August 8, 2025 on organizing the Competition, the City Labor Federation deployed it to all levels of trade unions and enterprises in the area.
As a result, 360 candidates were eligible to compete in 11 occupations: Electrical Assembly; Electrical Assembly; CNC; Electrical Assembly; CO2 Korea; TIG Korea; Industrial Electricity; Industrial Electronics; Computer drawing - design; Industrial sewing; Automotive technology.
The contest is not only an opportunity for workers to improve their skills but also an opportunity for workers in enterprises to exchange, learn, and share experiences in production; at the same time, affirming the role of Hanoi workers in the sustainable development of the City and the country.
