The Tay Nha Trang Ward Trade Union Congress sets 33 targets for the 2025-2030 term

On October 25, the Tay Nha Trang Ward Trade Union (Khanh Hoa Province) announced that the unit had successfully and successfully organized the 1st Trade Union Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

After the merger, Tay Nha Trang ward has 53 grassroots trade unions (CDCS) with 8,049 workers and 7,524 union members.

Since its establishment, the Ward Trade Union has always received the attention, support, and facilitation of facilities, human resources, and operational orientation of all levels and the Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD).

The Ward Trade Union Executive Committee quickly approached the grassroots, grasped the aspirations of union members and workers to provide timely support during the period of merger, streamlining, and converting the 2-level local government model.

The 1st Tay Nha Trang Ward Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030, identified 2 key tasks.

That is to focus on stably organizing and perfecting the content and methods of ward union activities in accordance with the general development goals of the locality and the needs and aspirations of union members and workers.

The Congress set 33 targets to strive for during the term. In particular, it is noteworthy to develop 85% of union members out of the total number of employees, establish grassroots unions in 100% of units and enterprises with 20 or more employees.

Along with that, strive for 90% of trade union recommendations and proposals to be resolved; 80% of enterprises with trade unions sign and implement collective labor agreements; 100% of union members in difficulty are supported promptly;

Every year, organize at least 1 activity to care for union members during Tet Sum Vay and Workers' Month; support the construction or repair of at least 2 Trade Union Shelters.

In the new term, the Tay Nha Trang Ward Trade Union also set a target of 100% of grassroots trade unions deploying information technology applications and digital transformation. The Ward Union Executive Committee built an un documented meeting room.

Mobilize grassroots trade unions to participate in tourism development in the ward in the period of 2025-2030; participate in preserving, preserving and promoting cultural values, heritages...

Speaking at the congress, Ms. Tran Thi Huong, Vice President of Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor, emphasized the development orientation to promote the role of Ward Trade Unions in the two-level government model.

In particular, it is noted that the coordination between ward unions and establishments, enterprises and units in the area needs to be strengthened and expanded.

At the same time, actively participate in giving comments on local policies related to labor, employment, and social security.
