The 13th Khe Cham Coal Company Trade Union Congress, term 20252030

The congress was attended by Mr. Le Thanh Xuan - Chairman of the Vietnam Coal and Mineral Industries Group (TKV); Mr. Le Dinh Duong - Party Secretary, Director of the Company; and 156 delegates representing more than 1,500 employees of the entire Company.

During the past term, the Company's Trade Union has closely followed the direction of the TKV Trade Union, the leadership of the Company's Party Committee and closely coordinated with the professional team, successfully completing the goals set by the Congress Resolution.

Admitting 100% of new workers to the Trade Union; visiting 1,420 families of employees; supporting the construction and repair of 28 "Union Shelters"; supporting the repair of houses for 6 policy families; introducing 100 outstanding union members for the Party to consider admission...

Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Le Thanh Xuan - Chairman of TKV Trade Union and Mr. Le Dinh Duong - Party Committee Secretary, Director of the Company, acknowledged and praised the results achieved by Khe Cham Coal Trade Union in the last term. Request the Company's Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term to continue to promote its role as a representative and protection of the legitimate and legal rights and interests of employees.

Link trade union activities with the task of production and business; improve the quality of union member welfare, social security for workers; promote emulation movements on labor safety, productivity, technological innovation and digital transformation.

The Congress elected the 13th Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union, term 2025-2030, consisting of 14 comrades.
