Mong Cai 1 Ward Trade Union, Quang Ninh Province prepares for the 1st Congress of Delegates

At the conference, the Executive Committee of the Ward Trade Union approved the Plan to organize the 1st Congress of the Mong Cai Ward Trade Union, term 2025-2030.

Accordingly, the Congress is scheduled to take place on October 24, 2025, at the Hall on the 1st Floor - Headquarters of the Mong Cai 1 Ward Party Committee, with about 110 delegates attending.

Mong Cai 1 Ward Trade Union Congress is an important shift in the grassroots trade union organization model, aiming to concretize the Party's guidelines and resolutions, the State's laws and policies into the union congress resolution; at the same time, it is an extensive political activity among cadres, union members and workers with the motto: "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development".

Delegates attending the conference contributed many enthusiastic opinions, clarifying the key contents of the draft Political Report submitted to the Congress of the Mong Cai 1 Ward Trade Union and the 15th Quang Ninh Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030; and at the same time, gave opinions on amending and supplementing the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union.

To ensure the Congress is practical, effective, economical and on schedule, the Ward Union Executive Committee has guided the preparation and propaganda work before and during the Congress; approved the decision to establish the Organizing Committee and subcommittees to serve the Congress.
