Trade union congresses at all levels must attach importance to quality and practicality
HCMC - The City Labor Federation (LDLD) recommends that the organization of trade union congresses at all levels must be of high quality and practicality, avoiding formal ostentation.
According to the plan to organize trade union congresses at all levels towards the 1st Ho Chi Minh City Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030 just issued by the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation, during the preparation process for the congress, trade union executive committees at all levels must report to the Party Committee (where there is a Party organization) and higher-level trade unions, take advantage of the help and facilitation of the government and professional unions.
At the same time, it is recommended that unit leaders and employers coordinate to respond to the recommendations of union members and delegates at trade union congresses at all levels.
Also according to this plan, the number of invited delegates attending the congress of trade unions at the commune, ward, special zone, and grassroots trade union level shall not exceed 15% compared to the total number of officially invited delegates attending the congress. For the Ho Chi Minh City Trade Union Congress, the number of invited delegates is not more than 30% compared to the total number of official delegates invited to the Congress.
The Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation also recommends that the organization of trade union congresses at all levels must be of high quality and practicality, avoiding formal ostentation.
