Textile and Garment Company has more than 1,000 union members in Tay Ninh to organize a union congress for the 2025-2030 term

The Congress was attended by Mr. Nguyen Trong Danh - Deputy Head of the Tay Ninh Industrial Park Trade Union, Mr. Le Cong Anh Kiet - Director of Human Resources Administration and 100 official delegates representing more than 1,000 union members of the company.

Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Nguyen Trong Danh highly appreciated the Trade Union of Tran Hiep Thanh Textile Joint Stock Company as the leading unit in innovation and improving the quality of operations. Mr. Nguyen Trong Danh said: The company's trade union has demonstrated its role as a bridge between employees and enterprises; focusing on caring for, protecting rights and maintaining stable labor relations. I suggest that the new Executive Board continue to innovate, promote effective models, especially apply digital transformation and closely coordinate with employers to improve the quality of trade union activities. I believe that in the new term, the Trade Union will continue to promote the spirit of solidarity and responsibility to reap greater success".

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union for the third term, 2025-2030 term, consisting of 7 members. At the first meeting, comrade Nguyen Qui Hoang was re-elected as Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union. The Congress also elected a Trade Union Inspection Committee of 5 members.
