TKV Trade Union summarizes the movement "Good at public work - Good at home work" for the period 2020-2025

The program is part of a series of activities to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union (October 20, 1930 - October 20, 2025), the 30th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group (October 10, 1995 - October 10, 2025), the 89th anniversary of the Traditional Day of Mining Workers - Traditional Day of the Coal Industry (November 12, 1930 - November 12, 2025) and towards the Trade Union Congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term.

The movement "Good at public affairs, good at housework" is a major emulation movement launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. At TKV Trade Union, the movement has truly spread widely, becoming a motivation for female employees in the whole industry to promote their capacity and intelligence, affirming an important role in production labor and building a strong trade union organization.

According to the report, in the past 5 years, female employees of TKV have had 2,900 initiatives, technical improvements and 660 works and products taken up by female workers, bringing clear economic - technical efficiency, contributing to improving productivity and product quality.

At the same time, women are always actively building happy, cultural families, raising healthy children, teaching good children, maintaining a civilized and progressive lifestyle.

In the period of 2020 - 2025, TKV Trade Union has honored and rewarded 263 collectives and individuals, of which 5 individuals were awarded the Creative Labor Certificate by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, 8 individuals received the "For the development of Vietnamese women" Medal, and 88 individuals were honored in the " Glory of Miners" program.

At the conference, TKV Trade Union continued to honor 30 collectives and 95 outstanding individuals in the emulation movement "Good at public work - Good at housework" in the period of 2020 - 2025; at the same time, launched a campaign to support people in flood-affected areas, awarded 1.29 billion VND to 12 grassroots trade unions to implement the Project to support female workers in difficulty to develop family economy (phase 4).
