Hon Gai Coal Trade Union, Quang Ninh province effectively maintains emulation movements in the third quarter

The conference was attended by members of the Executive Committee, Inspection Committee, Women's Union of the Company's Trade Union; Chairman of the Department's Trade Union and outstanding union members.

Chairing the conference, Mr. Vu Dai Chung - Chairman of the Company's Trade Union - presented a preliminary report on the activities of the third quarter.

During the quarter, emulation movements "Good workers, creative workers", "Green - Clean - Beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene", "Good at public work, good at home work" ... continued to be effectively maintained.

The trade union focuses on taking care of the lives, protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers; visiting and encouraging workers in difficult circumstances, those who have suffered from work-related accidents and occupational diseases; launching emulation to complete production plans, maintain safety, stable jobs and income.

The work of propaganda, education, implementation of corporate culture, and mobilizing employees to comply with labor discipline has had positive changes, contributing to the completion of the Company's production and business goals in the third quarter.

At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Company's Trade Union also implemented guidelines for organizing the 2025-2030 Departmental Trade Union Congress, thoroughly grasping the process, principles, time, personnel work and propaganda, emulation to welcome the Congress at all levels.

On this occasion, the Company's Trade Union commended union members and workers with outstanding achievements in the third quarter with a total amount of 190 million VND, and organized birthdays for union officials born in the second and third quarters of 2025.

The conference took place in a democratic, united and responsible atmosphere, demonstrating the spirit of innovation of the trade union staff. The delegates agreed to be determined to successfully complete the tasks of the fourth quarter, contributing to the successful implementation of the Company's 2025 plan and welcoming the Trade Union Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.
