Hanoi Vietnam Coal and Mineral Industries Group (TKV) has directed 65/65 units to organize the Congress as planned.
On December 6, TKV Trade Union said that from November 17 to 30, the unit has directed 65/65 Trade Unions of corporations and companies to organize the Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term according to plan. 100% of implementing units must ensure the contents and comply with the approved personnel plan.
To ensure that the units organizing the Congress are successful according to regulations, the TKV Trade Union has established 3 working groups to monitor and direct the Congresses of the units.
According to the assessment, the Political Report of the units comprehensively reflects the operational situation in the period of 2023-2025, clearly defining the direction, tasks, and solutions for the 2025-2030 term, associated with the practical operation of the unit, focusing on the task of caring for and protecting the legitimate rights of workers.
Implementing the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the democratic, vibrant and responsible atmosphere is demonstrated throughout the Trade Union Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.
The success of 65/65 grassroots Trade Union Congresses demonstrates the close and flexible direction of TKV Trade Union, while affirming the spirit of solidarity, enthusiasm and responsibility of trade union cadres at all levels.
The Congresses are not only a period of extensive political activities but also an opportunity to arouse pride in TKV, spreading the aspiration for innovation and development in each union member.
