154 trade unions under the Vietnam Construction Trade Union successfully organized the congress

According to Mr. Pham Hoai Phuong, in November 2025, the Vietnam Construction Trade Union issued guiding documents on congress propaganda, personnel work, document development and congress organization spending regimes. The Vietnam Construction Trade Union continues to focus on directing affiliated trade unions to organize trade union congresses at all levels towards the 15th Congress of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union, term 2025 - 2030; by the end of November 2025, 154 affiliated trade unions had successfully organized the Trade Union Congress or the Executive Committee Conference to expand the 2025 - 2030 term.

In November 2025, the Vietnam Construction Trade Union effectively implemented foreign activities according to the plan approved by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor: Welcoming the delegation of the Trade Union of the Belarus Construction and Construction Materials Industry to visit, work and sign a cooperation agreement; organizing the Vietnam Construction Trade Union to attend the 18th Congress of the UITBB International Construction, Materials and Wood Trade Union in the Republic of cyberspace.

Along with that, the Vietnam Construction Trade Union has issued a Plan to organize the Program "Union Tet Market - Spring 2026", synthesizing union members to propose support and implementation of the work of caring for Binh Ngo Tet; developing a preliminary plan for the emulation movement of Good at public work - Good at home work; establishing a Steering Committee for developing union members and grassroots unions in the period of 2025 - 2030.

In November 2025, the Charity Fund coordinated with the Vietnam Construction Trade Union to support 126 workers affected by natural disasters, with a total amount of 252 million VND.

The Chairman of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union said that in December 2025, he will continue to direct and urge affiliated trade unions to organize trade union congresses at all levels; fully prepare conditions to organize the 15th Congress of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union, term 2025 - 2030.

Direct units to implement activities to care for and protect the rights of union members and workers; synthesize and organize activities to care for the Lunar New Year 2026.

Continue to urge the development of union members, establish grassroots unions; guide and inspect the implementation of regulations on union finance and assets; develop guidelines for inspection and supervision work in 2026. Prepare conditions to welcome the delegation of the Japan Transport Trade Union to visit and work with the Vietnam Construction Trade Union.

December is the key month of the year, with a large workload, requiring units to promote the spirit of solidarity, proactiveness, and creativity; closely following the direction of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Ministry of Construction; closely coordinating in implementing work areas. Each cadre and civil servant needs to work scientifically, responsibly and effectively, ensuring the comprehensive completion of tasks in 2025 and creating a good foundation for the implementation of tasks in 2026" - Mr. Pham Hoai Phuong emphasized.
