Hai Phong Trade Union responds to the Lifelong Learning Week 2025

Implementing Decision No. 1373/QD-TTg dated July 30, 2021 of the Prime Minister on approving the Project "Building a learning society for the period 2021 - 2030", the City People's Committee issued Plan No. 3929/QD-UBND dated October 1, 2025 on organizing the Lifelong Learning response Week in 2025 with the theme "Learning for development, mastery of knowledge and technology, contributing to building a strong and prosperous country".

Accordingly, activities are focused on such as: promoting the role of self-study, lifelong learning associated with proactively mastering knowledge and technology in diverse and rich forms ( joyurnalism, reporting...); organizing training courses, fostering basic skills (electronic office, social networks, personal information security, identification, risk prevention in cyberspace...). From there, initially approach and practice new technologies (data analysis, artificial intelligence, open data...), build digital libraries, electronic bookshelves, promote online learning...

Responding to the above activities, the City Labor Federation regularly organizes training courses and propaganda conferences to equip union members and workers with new knowledge and skills, especially issues related to legal policies.

During the Lifelong Learning Responding Week 2025, the City Labor Federation organized 2 Trade Union Law training courses for 1,300 cadres, union members, and workers; skill classes (workshop singing, flower arranging) attracted over 300 union members and workers to participate. Thereby, contributing to training skills, contributing to enriching the spiritual life of union members and workers in the city. In addition, the City Labor Federation also organizes training courses on the organization of the Congress, disseminating legal policies related to workers to raise awareness and strengthen trust in the trade union organization.
