Opening 2 skills classes for union members and workers in Hai Phong

Accordingly, the Viet Tiep Friendship Labor Cultural Palace opened modern Music and Dance classes for workers in the city. Each class has 50 students. Each class has 12 sessions (2 sessions a week) from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on weekdays. Students are exempted from tuition fees.
