1. Caring for Tet

Dịp Tết Nguyên đán Ất Tỵ 2025, toàn tỉnh đã chăm lo cho gần 200.000 lượt đoàn viên, người lao động với tổng kinh phí trên 102,5 tỉ đồng. Nhiều hoạt động thiết thực được triển khai như: trao quà, hỗ trợ tiền mặt, “Chợ Tết Công đoàn”, tặng vé xe, tổ chức xe đưa công nhân về quê đón Tết an toàn, nghĩa tình,...

2. Consolidating the organizational structure according to the new model

Thực hiện chủ trương của Đảng, Nhà nước và Tổng Liên đoàn Lao động (LĐLĐ) Việt Nam, Công đoàn Đồng Tháp đã hoàn thành việc sắp xếp, tinh gọn tổ chức bộ máy.

LĐLĐ tỉnh Đồng Tháp (mới) được thành lập trên cơ sở sáp nhập, hệ thống Công đoàn được tổ chức lại theo hướng giảm đầu mối trung gian, tăng cường cơ sở, thành lập 84 Công đoàn xã, phường và Công đoàn khu công nghiệp, khu kinh tế, góp phần nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động.

3. Successfully organized Trade Union Congresses at all levels

Although the context has many organizational changes, Trade Union Congresses at all levels are still organized on schedule, ensuring principles and promoting democracy. In particular, the 1st Congress of the Dong Thap Provincial Trade Union, term 2025–2030, was successfully organized, creating a historical milestone, establishing new directions, goals, and tasks for the movement of workers, civil servants, laborers and trade union activities in the new period.

4. Spreading the program "Trade Union Meal

Năm 2025, toàn tỉnh tổ chức 54 “Bữa cơm Công đoàn” với sự tham gia của 38.748 đoàn viên, tổng kinh phí hơn 1,9 tỉ đồng. Chương trình góp phần nâng cao chất lượng bữa ăn ca, cải thiện sức khỏe người lao động.

5. Exceeding the "Trade Union Shelter" target

Chương trình “Mái ấm Công đoàn” được triển khai hiệu quả với 131 căn nhà được xây dựng, sửa chữa cho đoàn viên khó khăn về nhà ở, vượt chỉ tiêu đăng ký. Tổng kinh phí hỗ trợ 7,61 tỉ đồng, giúp nhiều đoàn viên ổn định cuộc sống, yên tâm lao động.

6. Đổi mới, sáng tạo trong Tháng Công nhân

7. Promoting digital transformation in propaganda

Công đoàn Đồng Tháp triển khai phong trào “Bình dân học vụ số”, phổ cập kỹ năng số cơ bản cho công nhân lao động, giúp nâng cao khả năng tiếp cận thông tin, học tập suốt đời và định hướng sử dụng mạng xã hội an toàn, lành mạnh.

8. Diversifying models of caring for and serving union members

Các mô hình “Chuyến xe hạnh phúc”, “Siêu thị Công đoàn bán hàng phi lợi nhuận”, “Không gian văn hóa Hồ Chí Minh”, “Khu nhà trọ tự quản”, mô hình hỗ trợ lao động nữ,… tạo nên dấu ấn riêng của Công đoàn Đồng Tháp trong công tác chăm lo đoàn viên.

9. Emulation movement brings clear socio-economic efficiency

The patriotic emulation movement was widely deployed with 50 provincial-level projects and tasks completed early. Initiatives and technical improvements helped save and profit more than 20 billion VND, contributing to improving labor productivity and production and business efficiency.

10. Promoting the role of participating in building the Party and the political system

The Trade Union actively supervises the implementation of labor laws and social insurance; participates in contributing opinions to Party Congress documents at all levels. Through the emulation movement, more than 1,000 outstanding union members have been introduced to the Party, contributing to building an increasingly strong Party organization.
