On November 5, the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation announced that the Trade Union of Tien Minh General Trading and Service Company Limited has just held its 4th Congress, term 2025-2030.

The Congress was attended by Comrade Ngo Dinh Van - Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation; leaders of the Southern Grassroots Trade Union Cluster; The Company's Board of Directors and all union members and workers.

In the period of 2023-2025, despite the impact of market fluctuations and high production costs, with the support of the Board of Directors and the efforts of the Trade Union, the Company still maintains stable jobs and income, ensuring the lives of workers.

In his speech, comrade Ngo Dinh Van praised the achieved results and at the same time suggested that the Trade Union continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, promote its representative role, practically care for union members, and link trade union activities with the goal of sustainable development of enterprises.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the IV term, consisting of 3 comrades and 1 delegate to attend the 20th Congress of the Ha Tinh Provincial Trade Union.
